I NEED to get out of this apartment.

I can't take the neighbors that party, the people downstairs that smoke meth, the mold in the bathroom ceiling, the rotting floorboards in the bathroom, the leaky windows, the weak wiring and constant power outages...not to mention the near-undrinkable contaminated tapwater.

However.. one bedroom house rental here is $1000 a month, and I need at least three bedrooms, so rental is out of the question.

The obvious choice is that I need to buy a house. I have good credit and can get a loan... HOWEVER... I have a few debts from being hospitalized and the home oxygen unit, and on my credit card from paying utilities when I couldn't work. I need to pay these off so that I can get rid of the montly payments so I can afford a mortgage.

I DO NOT WANT DONATIONS. If you feel charitable, go donate to someone in REAL trouble. However... I would like to EARN some of your monies. I'm ALWAYS open for commissions, but rarely plug myself because of being too busy to finish them on time.

But now that summer is upon us. I will be spending large amounts of time at my grandmother's house, babysitting her so my mom can get some stuff done, which means I will have AMPLE time to work on commission work, and Troy has provided me with access to a scanner.
